PCi understands the budgetary constraints that may exist in sending more than one user to off-site training. To best serve your needs, the PCi training staff is available to come to your institution to conduct a customized training session. The training can last from one to five days, depending on your institution's needs.

Choosing the on-site training option enables you to train all of your staff simultaneously, from senior management to the everyday user. Taking advantage of this customized training will ensure that your entire staff is up to speed on the CRA Wiz 6.5 software and can efficiently support one another.

CRA Wiz Best Practices Software Training

Research has proven that one of the best ways to retain the knowledge you gained in training is to immediately use and incorporate this new information into your routine. PCi has added a new training option that helps you do exactly this. By choosing this new training option, a PCi trainer will travel to your location and work with your primary user(s) in their production environment. The trainer will offer customized training, solutions, and tips unique to how your institution uses CRA Wiz. For example, if your institution would like to produce specific data and reports for analysis or presentation, the trainers can help you locate the best reports and maps and automatically generate them. In addition, we will show clients how to fully utilize CRA Wiz tools to accomplish their job and department goals and maximize their software and training investment.
