Our training department delivers exceptional education and training through a comprehensive offering of instructor-led, web-based, teleconference, and tailored onsite courses. Classes are held regularly in our Waltham, Massachusetts facility, or on site at the customer location.

Instructor-Led Training

Our instructor-led training combines software instruction with industry concepts and best practices. Courses last 1 1/2 to 3 days and provide an environment conducive to focused learning and sharing amongst students and the instructor. Benefits include:

Onsite Training

We understand the budgetary constraints that may exist in sending more than one user to off-site training. To best serve your needs, our staff is available to come to your institution to conduct a customized training session. Choosing the on-site training option enables you to train all of your staff simultaneously, from senior management to the everyday user. The training can last from one to five days, depending on your needs.

Teleconference Training

Telecommute to your training! Teleconferences provide the flexibility and comfort of training from your office or home simply by using the telephone or connecting to the Internet.

Web-based Refresher Training

Client specific ad hoc concentrated learning environment using a live meeting structure to provider a user with more in-depth information about a particular area of the Wiz software (i.e. mapping, importing, creating assessment areas, comparative file review, etc.)

HMDA Submission Webcasts: Special Q1 web seminars that include an overview of the functionality of the HMDA and CRA submission wizard and provide submission Best Practice tips.

Types of Training

Basic Wiz Product Training provides a new user hands-on practice with Wiz in addition to a high level overview of the regulations.

Advanced Wiz Product Training provides an experienced user with advanced knowledge of additional functionality.

Best Practices Training gives hands on knowledge for optimizing workflow. Training may cover Wiz software process flows, including import format/data normalization, data and operational process enhancements, and custom documentation.

Risk Assessment takes a client through a full analysis of its regulatory obligations and reviews for any compliance gaps.

Executive Management Training provides a high level review of regulatory requirements and suggestions for client's process to mitigate risk or the client's current process and status for complying with the selected regulation(s).
