Raffi Festekjian - Co-Founder & CEO

Mr. Festekjian is responsible for the overall strategic direction of PCi. He dedicates a significant amount of time to overseeing PCi's product lines, including product enhancements.

Prior to co-founding PCi, Mr. Festekjian honed his skills in automation and cost-cutting in the banking industry as a consultant and investment banker at Kellet Management, Inc.

Mr. Festekjian received a BS in Engineering from American University of Beirut and an MBA, with distinction, from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Kenneth J. Carangelo- Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Carangelo is PCi's Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for Human Resources, Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, overall Operations and Special Projects.

He has extensive experience as a strategy and operations consultant with Deloitte & Touche, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies to develop strategies and improve processes for profitable growth. His clients include Procter & Gamble, Sprint, and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to that, he served 6 years as a decorated US Navy officer, directing logistics, navigation and administration for four years aboard USS Schenectady and two years as an instructor of Management and Leadership. His experience also includes being a software developer/analyst for Polaroid, and an operations manager for PepsiCo. Most recently he was a consulting engagement leader and then VP of HR and Operations with an internet startup firm, Gen3 Partners.

Mr. Carangelo received his BA in Psychology and Computer Science from Harvard and his MBA with honors from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Steve Tsang - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tsang brings a proven track record of providing financial and operational leadership to PCi. He has over thirteen years of hands-on experience including operations management, external and internal reporting, mergers and acquisitions, investing and financing transactions, Board of Directors matters, and general accounting and finance.

Most recently, Mr. Tsang was Vice President and Acting Chief Financial Officer for GEN 3 Partners, a venture funded professional services firm founded in 1999 that grew to a $12 million annual revenue run rate and attained profitability and positive cash flows in the first year of its operations. Prior to joining GEN3, Mr. Tsang led finance operations, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, for Cambridge Technology Partners' $400 million North American Business Unit. During Mr. Tsang's five-year tenure at Cambridge, he helped Cambridge achieve average compounded annual growth rate of 194% for revenues and 46% for net profits. He also served as Senior Director of Global Finance during his five years at Cambridge. Previous to Cambridge, he helped Hills Department Stores, a $2 billion publicly traded retail department store chain, emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and achieve its first annual profit over a three-year period in 1995 serving as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Hills. Prior to Hills, Mr. Tsang spent four years in public accounting working for Arthur Andersen's commercial audit group and received his CPA certification in 1990.

Mr. Tsang received his BS in Accounting from Boston College and MBA in Finance from Bentley College. Steve and his wife Pam live in Belmont with their children Tiffany (11) and Kevin (7).

Sean DePamphilis - Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Mr. DePamphilis is the SVP for PCi’s Sales and Business Development Divisions.

At PCi, Mr. DePamphilis helped found and served as President of US Determination Services, a flood compliance subsidiary which is now part of the Community Bank Products. Prior to joining PCi, Mr. DePamphilis worked at Exclusive Realty, where he served as both Marketing and Sales Manager. Prior to his real estate experience, he worked in bank wholesale marketing at Fidelity Investments. Mr. DePamphilis received a BA in English from Miami University.

Kurt Sames - Senior Director, Consulting and Professional Services

Kurt joined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services in 2006 in the Strategy and Business Development group, focused on global expansion and acquisitions. He brings an extensive background in consulting, professional services, and business strategy to the organization with over ten years of experience as both a consultant and manager of professional services. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, he worked for Accenture in its Strategic Services Practice and the Thomson Corporation’s legal and regulatory business.

Lisa Deschamp - VP, Marketing

Lisa Deschamp is Vice President of Marketing at PCi Corporation. Ms. Deschamp joined PCi in July 2002 to drive the Company's integrated marketing and public relations activities through a combination of marketing and corporate communications, marketing programs and product marketing initiatives.

Ms. Deschamp has more than 15 years experience in high-technology marketing. Prior to joining PCi, Ms. Deschamp worked at Xchange Incorporated and Pegasystems, where she developed groundbreaking marketing programs with a keen sales focus and measurable ROI.

Ms. Deschamp holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Todd Cooper - Chief Product Manager

Since 1998, Todd Cooper has managed HMDA, CRA, and geocoding solutions as a PCi Senior Product Manager and has worked extensively in the field both as advisor to government and corporate clients and as author and speaker on HMDA, CRA and fair lending best practices and technologies.

A recognized expert on HMDA & CRA, Todd has acted as an expert advisor to HUD, FRB, DOJ, OCC, OTS and FDIC on implications of US Census and OMB changes. His experience in the regulatory environment and understanding of the intricacies of compliance technologies has helped Citibank, Countrywide, Cendant, Freddie Mac, Discover Bank, and many other national, regional and community lenders, devise and implement technology solutions which dovetail with their compliance strategies.

Offering creative and technical strengths, Todd has published articles in Mortgage Technology, ABA Bank Compliance and other industry periodicals. He has spoken at the ABA Compliance Conference, the CRA & Fair Lending Colloquium and at other venues on CRA and HMDA best practices and technology solutions.

Todd received his Master’s Degree from Emerson College and was an associate professor there before joining PCi.

Don Spencer - VP, Client Services

Don Spencer is PCi’s Vice President of Client Services, responsible for Software Quality Assurance, Documentation, Product Fulfillment, and Technical Support. Mr. Spencer brings over 10 years experience in building world-class service operations for high tech software companies.

Prior to joining PCi in April of 2002, Mr. Spencer managed client service organizations at Divine Inc. (formerly Eprise Corporation) and Lightbridge Inc., where he molded his client service teams to run efficiently and achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Mr. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with concentrations in Information Systems and Finance from Boston College. .
